Job Overview
We are looking to employ a Restaurant General Manager who can efficiently oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning. The key duties include team supervision, managing cash registers and billing processes, upholding excellent customer service and food quality, maintaining hygiene and discipline, monitoring daily reports and inventory, and working alongside the owner to enforce the restaurant's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
The candidate will be accountable for supervising the staff, handling the cash counter and billing tasks, ensuring high standards in customer service and food quality, maintaining cleanliness and discipline within the restaurant environment, monitoring daily operational reports and inventory levels, and coordinating closely with the ownership to ensure adherence to SOPs.
Candidate Profile
Applicants with experience in restaurant management and demonstrated leadership capabilities are preferred. We seek individuals who are honest, responsible, and resilient under pressure to perform well in this role.
