The company is currently expanding within Ireland and is creating opportunities for Supervisors to join its vibrant team.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor with NORMAL, you will be engaged in a collaborative and friendly work environment dedicated to collective success. The role demands enthusiasm and commitment to support your teammates and foster a positive workplace culture while managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and consistent customer service throughout working hours.
• Assist customers effectively within the store environment.
• Maintain strong standards of merchandising, ensure stock is available, and uphold attractive store presentation.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures responsibly.
• Support cash handling processes efficiently and accurately.
• Lead by example to inspire and guide team members.
• Carry out various additional duties as required to support store operations.
