About the Role
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our financial team as a Restaurant Cost Accountant. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience specifically in cost accounting within restaurants and cafes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory audits of stocks.
- Determine the cost price of products accurately.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust food and beverage costs.
- Analyze discrepancies, losses, and wastage to control cost efficiency.
