We are seeking a Resource Planner to boost our roadside assistance operations by strategically managing schedules and optimizing resource allocation. This role is based in Brisbane, Queensland, and offers an hourly wage of $43.23.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee resource scheduling to fulfill service levels and meet operational needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop planning solutions that align with RACQ's goals.
- Maintain and improve workforce planning frameworks to drive continuous enhancements.
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and improve service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of relevant experience in workforce planning or a comparable operational role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Detail-focused with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of collaborating effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
