Resource Deployment Consultant - Dublin UKI Assurance

About the Role

This permanent full-time position is based in Dublin within the UK&I Assurance business area. The Resource Deployment Consultant (RDC) plays a key role on the Ireland Resource Management team, focusing on coordinating and allocating client-facing resources to projects in Dublin Audit. This role offers an opportunity to understand resource planning and demand management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all resource requests within 48 hours by prioritizing and confirming receipt.
• Allocate all chargeable roles effectively to meet client work demands.
• Resolve conflicting requests by proposing creative solutions.
• Manage non-chargeable activities such as vacation and study leave allocation.
• Ensure seamless transition of new employees to chargeable work after their induction.
• Conduct weekly reviews of past week performance, providing insights and coordinating actions with the Resource Manager.
• Monitor availability and proactively raise capacity concerns with the Resource Manager.
• Analyze non-chargeable time usage and report any issues.
• Participate actively in Resource Management team meetings.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in resource allocation, workflow coordination, general HR, or operational roles. Experience in professional services is advantageous but not mandatory. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
