Phase 1: Compliance Focus
In the first stage of the role, you will own the compliance process that supports UK education placements. Your work will help ensure that every candidate is appropriately screened, documented, and cleared to work in UK schools.
- Manage candidate compliance from start to finish for UK education placements.
- Make sure safeguarding obligations are met in line with DBS requirements.
- Check right-to-work evidence and supporting documents.
- Follow up on references and confirm employment history.
- Keep CRM and compliance records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with candidates to complete documentation promptly.
- Work alongside UK consultants to help meet placement timelines.

Phase 2: Move Into Resourcing
Once you are confident handling compliance, you will transition into a resourcing role with broader candidate-facing responsibilities. This phase focuses on identifying, engaging, and placing education professionals into suitable UK school opportunities.
- Source teachers and SEN professionals for UK schools.
- Carry out screening conversations with candidates.
- Build and maintain active talent pools.

Requirements
