Resort Safety Team Member Plus

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Team Members to join Butlin's Resort Safety and Accommodation team. The role involves engaging across multiple departments to help provide guests with a safe and enjoyable holiday experience. Team Members will combine strong customer service skills with security knowledge to maintain guest safety throughout their stay.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work across Accommodation and Resort Safety areas to support guest needs.
• Manage a broad range of situations where customer service meets security challenges.
• Ensure guests feel safe and secure on the resort premises at all times.
• Operate on variable shifts, including day (8am-8pm) and night (8pm-8am) schedules.
• Participate specifically in out-of-hours accommodation tasks on Monday and Friday nights, with the remainder of the week spent in Resort Safety duties.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a lively and positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and work within a team focused on common objectives.
• Demonstrate resilience under pressure while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently when necessary and able to contribute actively as part of a team.
• SIA Door Supervisor Badge is desirable but not mandatory.
• Applicants aged 18 or over who are relocating may be eligible for provided live-in accommodation.

Work Conditions and Additional Information

• Permanent position with fortnightly payments.
• Shift patterns are variable, covering both day and night shifts.
• Accommodation availability for adults 18+ relocating to the area.
