About the role
Linda's Cleaning Service LLC is hiring a reliable and detail-focused Residential Cleaning Technician for its Kansas City, Missouri team. This position offers the chance to take pride in your work, help create clean and comfortable homes for clients, and join a supportive, hard-working group.
What you will do
- Clean occupied homes thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing tasks according to company quality standards.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as countertops, fixtures, and appliances.
- Work from cleaning checklists and follow any special instructions provided for each client home.
- Keep supplies and equipment organized and replenished when needed.
- Communicate courteously with clients and coworkers while on site.
- Leave each home neat, polished, and ready for the client to use.
What we are looking for
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong focus on detail and a consistent commitment to high-quality work.
- Dependable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes across the Kansas City area.
- The ability to work alone and manage time well.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day.
