Typical Responsibilities

• Perform move-out and turnover cleaning for residential rental properties.
• Conduct post-maintenance deep cleaning after repairs or renovations.
• Prepare homes for new occupants through thorough cleaning.
• Provide scheduled housekeeping services in occupied residences.
• Clean various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and halls.
• Detail cleaning including appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal.
• Complete final quality checks prior to assignment closure.
• Take completion photos as required for documentation.
• Report any damage, maintenance needs, or cleaning issues for follow-up.
• Update job status using a mobile work application.
• Travel directly between assigned properties.

• Minimum two years of paid professional cleaning experience.
