Program Description

Goddard Riverside serves over 20,000 people in New York City offering diverse programs across age groups. Their practice centers on social justice aiming for a society where all individuals can pursue better life opportunities.

The Monument offers transitional housing to homeless single adults aiming toward securing permanent housing. Its services include case management, entitlement assistance, meal provisions, recreational activities, and round-the-clock front desk security and staffing.

Position Summary

The Residential Aide plays a key role in supporting clients' adjustment to their living environment, guiding daily living skills, ensuring adherence to site rules and regulations, and supervising the residence to maintain safety and order. These staff are the first point of friendly contact for new clients.

Work Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday: 3 PM to 11 PM
• Tuesday to Saturday: 11 PM to 7 AM
• Thursday to Monday: 11 PM to 7 AM

Compensation

• Salary range is $35,000 to $43,000 annually
• Bilingual staff earn between $40,500 and $43,000
• Non-bilingual staff earn between $35,000 and $40,000

The final salary offered depends on the candidate's relevant experience and any additional preferred qualifications.
