Job Responsibilities
- Provide continuous medical care, responding to emergency situations at any hour.
- Perform patient assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and initiate treatments appropriately.
- Keep close monitoring of patients admitted and ensure comprehensive medical record maintenance.
- Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to deliver holistic patient care.
- React swiftly to emergencies, performing life-saving interventions as needed.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress punctually and accurately.
- Comply strictly with hospital policies, protocols, and NABH accreditation standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold ethical practice standards.
- Engage in clinical audits, quality improvement processes, and infection control measures.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Medical Superintendent or hospital management.
