About the Role
The Residences Concierge at Six Senses Amaala embodies the hotel's vision to help guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the environment. Emphasizing local sensitivity and global awareness, the role is centered on sustainability, wellness, and crafting extraordinary, emotionally rich hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point for homeowners, residents, and their guests throughout their entire ownership experience.
- Develop and maintain trusted long-term relationships, keeping detailed profiles to personalize services effectively.
- Anticipate residents' needs and proactively organize services before, during, and after visits.
- Accurately document all interactions, preferences, and service histories within approved systems.
- Coordinate pre-arrival details including transportation, residence setup, dining, wellness activities, and special requests.
- Review resident preferences prior to arrival and communicate them promptly to relevant departments.
- Arrange personalized welcome amenities and arrival experiences upholding brand standards.
- Manage in-residence services such as housekeeping, engineering, laundry, private dining, childcare, wellness, transportation, and lifestyle requests.
- Ensure follow-up on all service requests to guarantee satisfaction and completion.
- Assist with transfer requests and guest transportation to and from the resort.
- Promote Six Senses wellness programs and tailored experiences aligned with resident interests and wellbeing.
- Support family-focused activities, including educational workshops, Teens Club, and Grow With Six Senses offerings.
- Create tailored family experiences fostering wellness, creativity, learning, sustainability, and cultural connection.
- Provide information on residence facilities, community amenities, homeowner services, and resort offerings.
- Maintain and support the Residences Lounge, ensuring a welcoming and personalized environment.
- Develop bespoke itineraries and recommend unique experiences tailored to resident preferences.
- Maintain expert knowledge of AMAALA, The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, and regional destinations, including cultural, wellness, dining, historic, and luxury travel options.
- Possess familiarity with all Six Senses properties to assist with reservations and travel planning.
- Support community engagement and resident events led by Residences and Resort teams.
- Foster a strong community and belonging feeling among homeowners and residents.
- Assist residents with approved residential technology and applications.
- Handle resident information with strict confidentiality following company and privacy policies.
- Address and resolve resident concerns professionally, escalating to leadership when necessary.
- Identify improvements to elevate service delivery and resident experiences.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality when managing resident data, financial details, and preferences.
- Exhibit cultural sensitivity and protocol awareness when engaging VIPs, dignitaries, and royal family members.
- Support visitor registration, access control, and arrival procedures adhering to privacy, safety, and security standards.
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols per brand and legal requirements.
- Maintain departmental equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Engage in meetings, training, and development programs as needed.
- Uphold service quality aligning with Six Senses standards, LQA expectations, AMAALA operational guidelines, and residential service criteria.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum two years’ experience in luxury hospitality, branded residences, private clubs, luxury travel, lifestyle management, or guest relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of confidently engaging homeowners, residents, guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic luxury setting.
- Composure under pressure, maintaining professionalism and solution-driven attitude.
- A strong passion for emotional hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with Six Senses philosophy.
- Maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at the highest standard.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with PMS, CRM, Concierge, and Resident Management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and some understanding of local language, culture, customs, and hospitality traditions.
