Role Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Residence Administrator to support our residential community in Dubai, UAE. This position functions as the main liaison for residents and oversees daily administrative duties within the residential facility. The ideal individual will have excellent organizational capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to delivering professional assistance in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive and current resident records, documentation, and administrative files.
- Arrange schedules for maintenance, repairs, and shared space use.
- Compile and distribute communications such as newsletters and notices to residents.
- Handle resident applications, move-in/move-out processes, and lease paperwork efficiently.
- Ensure the facility complies with internal policies and pertinent local regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to uphold facility quality standards.
- Manage resident billing, account inquiries, and payment procedures.
- Coordinate community gatherings and activities to enhance resident engagement.
- Monitor and replenish administrative and facility supplies and equipment.
- Generate reports and analyze data regarding resident satisfaction and operational performance.
- Act as a communication bridge among residents, management, and external vendors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles or managing residential facilities.
- Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written English communication capabilities.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a resident-focused mindset.
- Experienced in scheduling software and database management.
- Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information.

- Experience working alongside maintenance and operations departments.
- Knowledge of residential compliance standards and practices.
