Role Overview
The Kids Club Attendant will collaborate closely with the Director of Entertainment and Rixy Club Supervisor to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for children attending the club or crèche. The role includes maintaining accurate records, managing resources, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to club policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to maintain a safe environment for all children in the kids club or crèche.
- Ensure parents complete required registration forms accurately, including child health and history details.
- Keep a detailed inventory of all toys and equipment utilized within the club or crèche.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all toys and equipment.
- Inform management promptly about the need for replacing or acquiring additional toys.
- Follow activity schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as directed by the Recreation Supervisor.
- Enforce all club rules and regulations continuously to maintain order and safety.
- Ensure the club or crèche remains tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Stay informed about club facilities, operating hours, promotions, and pricing to assist guests.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a diploma or degree related to vocational hospitality.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in 4 or 5-star hotel environments.
