Reservations Agent - Novotel Sydney City Centre

Novotel Sydney City Centre is seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to become part of its energetic hospitality team. This position suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in attentive service, and can thrive in a busy environment where every guest touchpoint matters.

Role summary

As a Reservations Agent, you will often be the first person guests speak with, helping shape a smooth and memorable experience from the outset. Your work will centre on handling bookings, supporting enquiries, and ensuring guest needs are recorded and communicated clearly.

Key duties

• Handle FIT and corporate reservation requests coming through phone calls, emails, and other booking platforms.
• Offer courteous, polished, and tailored service in every guest conversation.
• Share correct booking details and assist with reservation questions, amendments, and special requests.
• Develop a solid understanding of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme so you can explain member advantages and support a better guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Front Office and wider hotel operations teams to make sure guest requirements are passed on and fulfilled smoothly.
• Keep reservation information accurate and up to date, while looking for ways to improve occupancy and revenue performance.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing hospitality role based onsite in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
