About The Role
Join The Star Gold Coast as a Reservations Agent for Group Bookings, where you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth accommodation booking process tailored for group clients. Collaborating closely with Sales, Event Planning, and Front Office teams, you will oversee group reservation needs from initial handover through to arrival and departure to guarantee outstanding guest experiences while optimizing revenue possibilities.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience working in hotel reservations, front office roles, or managing group bookings
- Excellent customer service skills paired with strong communication and the ability to nurture relationships while juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera, Respak, ASEM, or similar reservation management software is desirable
- A forward-thinking, detail-focused approach with the capacity to identify revenue enhancement through upselling and to provide exceptional client service
