Overview
We are seeking a skilled Research Scientist specializing in Biology to contribute to the training and improvement of AI models. This role involves assessing the progression of AI chatbots, analyzing their reasoning, and tackling challenges to enhance model quality.
Key Duties
- Present AI chatbots with complex biological questions and assess their responses critically.
- Verify the accuracy and effectiveness of outputs generated by AI systems.
Required Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge in biology and related disciplines such as biochemistry.
- Proficient understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemical processes, and experimental techniques.
- Master's or PhD in relevant fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
