About the Role
We seek an experienced Research Scientist with a strong background in Biology to assist in training artificial intelligence models. Your tasks will involve assessing the progress of AI chatbots, scrutinizing their logical responses, and addressing any issues to enhance their performance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Pose advanced biology-related questions to AI chatbots and analyze their answers critically.
- Assess and ensure the correctness and effectiveness of outputs generated by AI models.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English at a native or bilingual proficiency level.
- Strong attention to detail in evaluating AI outputs.
- Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and related experimental procedures.
- Possession of or progress toward a Master's degree or PhD in relevant scientific fields is advantageous but not mandatory.

- This is a contract-based role available exclusively to candidates residing in Canada.
