Role overview
The Research Executive is a developing insights professional who will support end-to-end research work while building strategic judgment, commercial understanding, and contemporary research skills. The position suits someone who is inquisitive about people, motivated to learn, and keen to apply AI and digital tools to research tasks.
Research project support
- Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research studies from setup through delivery.
- Assist with creating questionnaires and discussion guides, coordinating fieldwork, and gathering data.
- Carry out primary and secondary research as needed.
Insight development
- Review data to spot relevant patterns, themes, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Help turn research findings into practical business implications and recommendations.
AI and digital research tools
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, synthesis, reporting, and day-to-day productivity.
- Try out new technologies that can raise research quality and efficiency.
- Keep learning and experimenting with new and evolving research methods.
Learning and development
- Strengthen knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and industry developments.
- Take part in internal learning sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Build familiarity with client businesses and the commercial issues they face.
Team and client support
- Work closely with project teams to deliver research assignments effectively.
- Join client meetings and presentations when required.
- Show professionalism, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.
Candidate profile
Applicants should have 0 to 3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, psychology, social sciences, business, or a closely related area. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or a similar discipline is required.
