With major production facilities in Sango Ota, Ogun State, and business reach that includes Lagos State, the company has operated since 1975. It began with polyethylene extrusion, printing, cutting, and packaging, and has since expanded into a broad portfolio of packaging solutions. Its capabilities also include printing cylinder engraving, along with the manufacture of printing inks and resins. This integrated manufacturing setup makes the organization a strong, growth-focused workplace for professionals interested in operations and production environments.

Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lagos State, Nigeria, focused on production planning and control. The role is responsible for building, revising, and tracking production plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis so that deliveries are met on time and equipment, materials, and manpower are used efficiently. Key Duties

  • Prepare routine reports for internal stakeholders and communicate plan updates clearly.

The role also requires strong communication abilities for working across departments and explaining schedule changes or priorities. Experience in a manufacturing setting, especially in packaging, printing, or similar industries, is preferred. Familiarity with production planning systems or ERP/MRP tools, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills, will be important. The person should be comfortable working under tight deadlines, handling tasks accurately, and solving problems before they grow. A diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, or a related field is expected, along with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
