Job Overview

This part-time position supports research activities in Dr. Robinson-Papp's Neurology lab at Mount Sinai Morningside, providing essential assistance under close supervision. The role primarily involves preparation, maintenance, and record keeping to facilitate successful research projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up laboratory experiments following established protocols.
  • Manage the inventory of research materials and supplies, including ordering necessary reagents and equipment.
  • Conduct routine upkeep and maintenance of lab instruments to ensure proper functioning.
  • Clean and sterilize glassware to maintain laboratory hygiene and safety standards.
  • Prepare specimens and basic chemical solutions as required for experiments.
  • Perform additional related tasks to support research operations.

Candidate Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Compensation
