Repair and Tool Technician

Position Overview

The Repair and Tool Technician is tasked with assessing and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. This role involves recommending equipment solutions and ensuring proper maintenance of units.

Key Duties

• Evaluate and repair various tools and equipment.
• Provide customer service in Tool Rental Centers, including preparing rental agreements and repair invoices.
• Verify tool functionality and demonstrate proper usage when necessary.
• Manage daily operations and upkeep of equipment within the tool rental department.
• In repair center settings, complete repairs, conduct quality assurance tests on repaired units, and perform cleaning before returning items to stores.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all tools and manage inventory by sustaining and repairing the tools as needed.
