Job description
Role Overview
As a Rental Sales Agent at Stansted Airport, you will be the face of the branch, combining customer service with sales to deliver a smooth and positive rental experience. The role involves supporting customers, handling rental paperwork, and contributing to day-to-day branch operations, while learning the details of the fleet and services on the job.
The package includes a guaranteed take-home amount of £29,604, made up of a base salary of £27,204.78 per year, a guaranteed bonus of £400 per month for the first 6 months, and an uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of £55,000.
Your Main Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and represent the branch in a friendly, professional, and sales-driven way.
- Create memorable customer experiences by recommending suitable offers based on individual needs.
- Process rental agreements and respond to customer questions with an organized, service-focused approach.
- Support branch operations and take on a range of tasks connected to vehicle rental and customer handling.
What You Need
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales, customer service, and helping customers.
- Previous experience dealing directly with customers, ideally in service, tourism, or sales.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility and a team mindset, with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A full valid driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience.
