Remote Tele-Radiologist Position in Adelaide - PRO Medical Radiology

Overview

PRO Medical Radiology (Professional Radiology Outcomes) is seeking skilled Radiologists to join their remote reporting team based in Adelaide, South Australia. This role offers flexibility and work-life balance by enabling radiologists to work from home using advanced teleradiology systems. The position includes a competitive remuneration package based on productivity and efficiency, with hourly pay ranging between $400 and $500 AUD.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic reports for a wide variety of imaging modalities including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and DEXA scans.
• Operate using advanced radiology tools such as Inteleviewer PACS and Fluency for Imaging VR software to produce accurate, timely reports.
• Craft individual work schedules accommodating part-time, casual, or full-time commitments, including daytime, after-hours, weekends, or weekday shifts.
• Complete diagnostic reports within a 24-hour turnaround time without fixed mandatory shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) is mandatory.
• Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
• Residence in Australia with a secure home office setup, including reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities across a range of modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and X-ray.
• Preferred expertise or keen interest in subspecialties such as musculoskeletal, women's imaging, chest and thoracic, neuroradiology, abdominal/body imaging, and obstetric & gynecologic imaging.
• Commitment to clinical governance, patient safety, precise reporting, and maintaining excellent communication with referrers.
