Remote Soil Health Specialist

Role Overview

RG&T Solutions is looking for a Soil Health Specialist to champion regenerative agriculture initiatives aimed at growers, landscapers, and turf managers located throughout North Dakota. This is a fully remote role; applicants must reside within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and lead weekly meetings with growers to discuss soil health concepts.
• Increase meeting participation by proactively engaging potential attendees through outreach efforts.
• Present educational content about soil health and regenerative agriculture to groups ranging from 5 to 20 participants.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams and act as the primary liaison for grower communications.
• Keep customer relationship management (CRM) databases current with accurate grower information.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training programs to enhance knowledge and performance.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage directly with farmers and growers.
• Proficiency in CRM software as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and comfort with regional travel requirements.
• Prior familiarity with soil health principles and regenerative agriculture techniques is advantageous, though training will be provided.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to work responsibilities.
