Role Overview

This position is suited for psychiatrists aiming for consistent W-2 employee benefits and compensation, alongside flexible scheduling and minimal administrative duties, all within a fully remote outpatient framework.

Daily Responsibilities

• Delivering psychiatric care completely remote in an outpatient setting.
• Managing caseloads involving lower to moderate acuity conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
• Working with a diverse patient age range, from children and adolescents (board-certified specialists only) to adults and seniors.
• Conducting sessions of standard durations—60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow-ups.
• Exclusion of inpatient, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization, and crisis intervention duties.
• Utilizing internal referral networks for therapy services when needed.
• Relying on comprehensive administrative support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and state licensing.

• Full control over weekly scheduling and session timing within clinical standards.
• Ability to select patient populations aligned with personal criteria and preference.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensing support offered.

Compensation Details

The role offers total on-target earnings ranging between $325,000 and $375,000 per year. This includes a base salary plus monthly productivity incentives, which are guaranteed for the initial six-month onboarding.
