Job description
Role Overview
This is a flexible part-time opportunity for someone who wants to move away from a fixed 9-to-5 routine and work in a more adaptable, task-based setup. You will use a web-based evaluation platform to complete varied media-related assignments from your own schedule.
What You Will Do
- Review and assess a wide range of media-related tasks across categories such as music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations.
- Examine search results for App Store content and use online research to check whether queries are accurate and aligned with user intent.
- Apply your understanding of the Irish market to judge how relevant and useful the provided information is for each task.
Who This Community Supports
You would be joining a global AI contributor network that helps improve, translate, localize, and train content used to build better machine learning models for major brands worldwide.
Application and Selection Process
This is a long-term part-time project. No prior professional experience is needed, but applicants must meet the basic criteria and complete a standard assessment process. Hiring includes an open-book qualification exam and ID verification. Guidance and learning materials will be shared before the exam, and you will complete it within the required timeframe at a convenient time for you. Work during the contract will be reviewed through standard quality assurance checks.
Basic Requirements
- Strong professional command of English.
- Must live in Ireland, or have lived there continuously for the past year, and be familiar with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural topics in Ireland.
- An email address linked to an Apple ID, along with familiarity with Apple products.
- Good awareness of current trends in apps, music, and video, plus a strong interest in online research.
- Comfort working on a variety of tasks, including news, audio, and relevance-based evaluations.
- Daily access to a secure broadband connection, a computer, and the necessary software.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to new methods and processes, maintain strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively.
- A high school diploma or higher is preferred, though exceptional candidates without that qualification may still be considered.
Additional Benefits
Extra incentives may be offered during the assessment stage.
Equal Opportunity
All qualified candidates will be considered for a contractual arrangement without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Selection is based on qualifications, merit, competence, and performance, in line with a diverse and inclusive hiring approach.
