Role Overview
The HR Business Partner role focuses on facilitating organizational expansion by working closely with leadership teams to design and execute workforce engagement programs. This position aims to cultivate a positive and inclusive employee experience within a faith-based organizational setting while ensuring adherence to employment legislation. Responsibilities encompass providing managerial advisement, analyzing employee sentiment through data, offering guidance in performance coaching, and managing employee relations challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline is required; 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience, with preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of employment law and methods for enhancing employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong abilities in analysis, problem resolution, and project oversight.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and data analytics software.
- Capability to handle confidential information discreetly and operate effectively under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and successful clearance of background checks are mandatory.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with leadership to boost employee involvement and enhance organizational culture.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback, supporting performance management processes.
- Conduct employee survey analysis, identify key trends, and put forward actionable recommendations.
- Ensure corporate policies and legal standards are rigorously upheld.
- Assist with workplace investigations and manage employee relations issues prudently.
- Champion a workplace atmosphere that is inclusive and rooted in faith-based principles.
- Engage in various projects and faith-oriented activities as required by the organization.
