About the Role

We are seeking a Risk Adjustment Analyst to work remotely, focused on enhancing AI models used in healthcare risk adjustment. The role involves applying healthcare expertise, especially in Revenue Cycle Management and Pharmacy Operations, to improve the accuracy and performance of AI-driven models.

Key Responsibilities

• Train artificial intelligence models to improve the accuracy of risk adjustment calculations.
• Assess and continuously monitor the effectiveness of AI models in healthcare contexts.
• Utilize in-depth healthcare knowledge, particularly within Revenue Cycle Management and Pharmacy Operations, to optimize AI model outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of healthcare concepts supported by relevant educational credentials.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively.
• Ability to solve complex problems within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Must be residing within the United States.
