Key responsibilities

  • Sort, organise, and keep digital documents and records up to date with accuracy.
  • Enter data correctly and promptly into internal databases and systems.
  • Protect the privacy and reliability of company and client information at all times.
  • Make outbound phone calls and send emails to prospective clients using supplied contact lists.
  • Present the company’s services clearly and professionally to build interest.
  • Book qualified appointments for senior team members.
  • Track and record all outreach activity and appointment-setting work in detail.

Qualifications and skills

  • Previous background in administration, data entry, or appointment setting is required.
  • Strong organisational ability and close attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with a polished phone manner, are needed.
  • Ability to manage time well and work effectively with minimal supervision is important.
