Remote Customer Service Advisor - Full Time and Part Time Morning Shifts

Role and Responsibilities

Your main challenge will be to assist customers holding Claro lines with RUC, answering inquiries, resolving doubts, and guiding them effectively.

• Personal computer or laptop
• Operating system: Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise
• Headset for calls
• Minimum internet speed of 40 Mbps with wired connection
