Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and highly organized remote administrative professional to support operations across the MENA region, with coverage for the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for someone who enjoys structured work, accurate recordkeeping, and helping daily business processes run efficiently.

This is an entry-level opportunity, and extensive prior experience is not necessary. The team provides onboarding and guided training so the right candidate can grow into the role successfully. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay consistent, and deliver careful, high-quality output.

Administrative Data Management

  • Keep spreadsheets and internal databases current using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Check records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Bring names, contact details, formats, and internal documents into a standardized structure.
  • Spot duplicate entries, missing fields, and mismatched information.
  • Highlight incomplete records so they can be followed up.
  • Sort digital documents using set folder rules and naming conventions.
  • Maintain a reliable log of edits and corrections.

Workflow and Task Coordination

  • Review incoming administrative requests and organize them appropriately.
  • Route or assign tasks according to existing processes.
  • Monitor tasks until they are finished.
  • Follow up on delayed or unfinished items.
  • Keep clear notes on task status and progress.
  • Ask for clarification when more information is required.

Tracking and Reporting

  • Update trackers for work that is ongoing, completed, or still pending.
