Relationship Officer - Personal Loan Sales

Role Overview

This is a third-party payroll role for a Relationship Officer focused on personal loan sales in Aurangabad. The position sits within the Personal Loan department and is intended for candidates who can actively support banking product sales across the assigned local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and grow sales of banking products.
• Build leads through branch-level activities as well as outreach at nearby locations, dealerships, and other assigned sourcing points.
• Coordinate closely with the Branch Head, branch team members, other relationship officers, and circle managers.
• Maintain accurate reporting, regular attendance for training and review meetings, and participation in CO, circle, cluster, and branch-level drives.
• Support lead generation and ensure business development for banking products within the branch area.
• Work with leads and sales managers across products so that every lead is handled promptly and appropriately.
• Cross-sell other products whenever required.

Eligibility and Profile Requirements

Applicants should be graduates or undergraduates. Candidates with banking product sales experience of 6 months to 5 years are preferred, though freshers may also be considered. The age limit for this role is below 40 years. A compulsory two-wheeler is required. The job covers locations across Aurangabad.
