Role Overview
The bank is looking for a Relationship Officer for the Home Loan department on vendor payroll in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This position is open to graduates as well as undergraduates with 0 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years of age.
What You Will Do
- Promote and drive sales of banking products to support business growth.
- Create leads through branch-based activities, field drives, and outreach at linked locations, dealerships, and other sourcing channels assigned from time to time.
- Coordinate effectively with the Branch Head, branch teammates, other relationship officers, and Circle Managers.
- Maintain timely attendance, participate in training and review meetings, and support CO, Circle, Cluster, and branch-level campaigns.
- Work to ensure the branch consistently generates quality leads and business for banking products.
- Stay connected with leads and sales managers across products so that every lead is followed up promptly and appropriately.
- Recommend and cross-sell other banking products whenever required.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should have a graduate or undergraduate background. The role is suitable for freshers as well as professionals with up to 5 years of experience in banking or sales-related functions.
Compensation
For freshers, the CTC is INR 19,205 plus incentives based on business performance. Candidates with prior experience may receive a salary hike depending on their current CTC.
