Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance (OEM / Dealership Channel)

Role Overview

This position focuses on building and expanding business through automobile dealerships and OEM-linked channels for motor insurance. The role suits someone who can manage partner relationships, support sales execution, and help close insurance business through dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with automobile dealerships and OEM partners.
• Grow motor insurance sales via the dealership channel.
• Work closely with dealer sales teams to convert business opportunities into insurance sales.
• Oversee timely policy issuance, renewals, and the associated paperwork.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Run dealer training and engagement initiatives to increase adoption of motor insurance products.
• Spot new dealership partnerships and expansion opportunities within the assigned area.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience dealing with motor dealerships.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in OEM or motor dealer channel insurance sales.
• Prior exposure to motor insurance selling, dealer account management, and policy issuance is preferred.
