Role Overview

The company is looking for experienced Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers who have worked in secured lending and mortgage-led sales. This role is centered on sourcing customers, expanding business in open markets, and managing relationships that support loan origination and disbursement.

Core Responsibilities

• Bring in new business through open market sales activity.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP and other secured lending offerings.
• Develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
• Meet monthly targets for sales and loan disbursement.
• Work closely with internal teams to keep the loan process and disbursement flow smooth.

Skills and Experience

The position calls for prior experience in mortgage sales and secured lending, along with strong customer acquisition and relationship-building ability. Candidates should be comfortable working in the open market and contributing to sales and business growth.
