Role Overview

The organization is looking to hire experienced Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers with proven exposure to secured lending and mortgage sales. The role focuses on business generation, customer sourcing, and loan origination in the open market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through open market sales activities.
• Identify, source, and onboard customers for Micro LAP and other secured lending offerings.
• Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly targets related to sales and disbursement.
• Work closely with internal teams to support timely loan processing and release of funds.

Skills and Experience Needed

Candidates should bring strong hands-on experience in secured lending, mortgage-based sales, customer acquisition, and relationship-driven sales execution. Familiarity with Micro LAP, open market sourcing, and business development in lending will be important for success in this role.
