Relationship Manager - Retail Agri

About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager specializing in Retail Agriculture to join our team at HDFC Bank in Nanded. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new agricultural customers such as farmers, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and cooperatives, while also managing and strengthening existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new agriculture-related customers including farmers, FPOs, and cooperatives.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the agricultural loan portfolio, including conducting credit assessments and risk evaluation.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
• Promote and cross-sell various bank products tailored to the needs of the clients.
• Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio and take necessary actions for portfolio health.
• Conduct client visits in the field to maintain close contact and understand their financial requirements better.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate qualification is required.

Additional Information

This is a position based in Nanded and requires the candidate to work primarily onsite. Remuneration ranges between INR 300,000 and INR 800,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills. The role focuses heavily on business development and client interaction within the agricultural sector.
