About the Role
InsuranceDekho invites applications for an energetic and results-oriented Relationship Manager position to spearhead the growth of their Motor Insurance agency channel. The incumbent will be responsible for managing relationships with POSP agents, boosting sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster lasting business connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential POSP agents within designated regions.
- Oversee and support existing POSP agents to stimulate sales expansion.
- Address client inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to facilitate smooth sales operations.
- Organize and deliver offline training sessions to equip POSP agents effectively.
- Grow and maintain a robust network of local agents.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Implement marketing plans aimed at enhancing business growth.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance, Sales, or agency channel roles.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Motor and General Insurance domains.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be self-driven and focused on meeting targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of job requirements.
- Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.
Compensation Details
Remuneration is commensurate with the candidate's interview performance and prior experience, typically ranging between 15,000 and 30,000 INR monthly.
