Job Overview
This role involves maintaining strong, effective connections with distributors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in the designated area to drive business expansion.
Key Duties
- Achieve assigned sales goals and monitor sales trends within the market.
- Conduct detailed market and industry evaluations to inform strategies.
- Enhance and increase sales volumes through effective initiatives.
- Build and strengthen the network of IFAs and distributors.
- Identify, recruit, and motivate new IFAs and distributors to support growth objectives.
