Relationship Manager - Customer Engagement Channel (B2C) Mutual Funds

About the Role

Avani Consulting is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for the Customer Engagement Channel focused on B2C Mutual Fund sales. The position operates under the supervision of the Channel Manager for Customer Engagement and is based in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote mutual fund products to retail and HNI clients, working with an assigned database and generating new leads through client references to expand the customer base.
• Meet business targets by up-selling products and strengthening client net worth relationships.
• Profile customers to recommend suitable financial products tailored to their needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
• Provide investment planning and advisory support.
• Achieve sales and revenue objectives across a diversified product portfolio.
• Serve as the primary contact for designated customers.
• Acquire and manage HNI and UHNI client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or mutual fund relationship management.
• Preference for candidates holding NISM certification.
• Demonstrated skill in managing retail and HNI clients with comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds.
• Strong background in financial product knowledge, client acquisition, and wealth management.
