About the role

This opportunity is for a motivated relationship manager who can combine B2B selling, partner management, and on-ground execution. The role is focused on expanding retail-side adoption of device protection offerings and supporting sales growth across the local market in Ranchi.

The company operates in asset protection and insurance-linked solutions for products such as mobiles, appliances, furniture, and lifestyle categories. It works with multiple general insurance partners to co-develop protection offerings across life, health, and motor segments, and also functions as a technology-driven digital service provider.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with brand HQ teams, retailers, service centers, and promoters.
  • Serve as the main contact for stakeholder queries, issue resolution, and ongoing support tied to sales objectives.
  • Create and run training sessions for retail owners, store staff, and promoters so they can clearly explain device protection plans and their benefits.
  • Use WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates, support partners, and improve awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with promoters and shop owners to improve product visibility, recall, and customer mindshare.
  • Plan and carry out promotional activities and local events to support offline sales performance.
  • Track sales, training activity, and stakeholder interactions accurately and share regular performance reports with market insights and improvement ideas.

Requirements

Applicants should be comfortable with relationship-led field sales and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are important for success in this role.

Eligibility

Only candidates based in Ranchi can apply. A postgraduate, graduate, or final-year student profile is preferred. The role suits people who can work independently, travel daily for field activity, and coordinate with business goals while staying proactive and energetic.

Additional details
