Relationship Manager - Affordable Home Loan and LAP (Vishwas)

Job Overview

Kotak Mahindra Bank, a prominent financial services group established in 1985, invites applications for the role of Relationship Manager specializing in affordable home loans and loan against property products under the Vishwas brand. The role is based in Tumakuru, India. Kotak Mahindra Group offers comprehensive financial services including banking, mutual funds, stock broking, insurance, and investment banking through a vast network across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team responsible for products like Vishwas Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Drive the team and location towards achieving set business targets, including sales volume, cross-selling, and insurance goals.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key channels such as Kotak bank branches, Direct Sales Agents (DSA), and builders.
• Ensure high team productivity and overall location performance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and related metrics.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments including credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to facilitate business success.
• Promote cross-selling of Current Account Savings Account (CASA) and Third Party Products (TPP).
• Ensure strict adherence to all business policies and compliance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Professionals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Capability to influence and drive business through both internal and external channel partners.
• Preferable knowledge of secured banking products.

Educational and Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a minimum qualification of any graduate degree and meet the experience criteria.
