Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform along with its Value-Added Services (VAS). This role primarily involves generating leads through field visits and cold calls, delivering product demonstrations, onboarding restaurants, and fostering lasting relationships with clients. You will serve as the market face of Petpooja, responsible for achieving sales targets, addressing client concerns, and implementing localized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and actively sell Petpooja’s restaurant billing solution and VAS to prospective clients.
  • Generate sales opportunities by cold calling, conducting field visits, and leveraging market referrals to recruit new restaurant clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustful relationships with restaurant proprietors by understanding their unique business requirements and proposing customized solutions.
  • Close sales contracts and manage queries from both new prospects and existing customers effectively.
  • Organize and engage in promotional events and local marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and encourage customer referrals.
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks related to sales including reporting, process improvement, and system enhancements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management with actionable insights for increasing sales efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute daily activities to achieve or surpass sales targets, client demos, and visit quotas.
  • Build a reliable reference network by nurturing long-term relationships with onboarded clients.
  • Manage client concerns promptly by following escalation procedures to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during field engagements and maintain a professional representation of Petpooja at all times.
  • Advocate for the company’s values and mission consistently within the market.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle and driving license is mandatory to facilitate field visits.
  • Must have access to a laptop for performing client demonstrations.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in field or solutions selling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Good presentability and professional demeanor.
