Job description
Role Overview
This position is based in Ahmedabad and is intended for candidates who can work from the city. The schedule runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekends are structured with time off on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, along with all Sundays off. The annual compensation offered for this role is 4 LPA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the assigned monthly and quarterly revenue as well as renewal goals.
- Promote additional payroll products and services through upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as the main contact for the allocated client portfolio and keep each account in good health.
- Strengthen customer retention and actively drive renewals and account expansion.
- Assess client needs and suggest suitable payroll-related solutions and services.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships while resolving escalations efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Monitor important performance indicators such as MRR, retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently and keep CRM records and account reports updated.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A results-driven approach with a strong focus on targets and revenue generation.
- Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders effectively.
- Good problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Previous exposure to B2B, SaaS, or payroll environments is an advantage.
