The company serves multifamily, commercial, municipal, and HOA customers with a broad range of fire protection services, supported by technology such as FireCloud and a culture centered on accountability, proactive service, and high standards.
The role suits an entrepreneurial seller who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts, and delivering a premium client experience. The selected candidate will help expand market presence, manage important customer relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Applicants need to be based in Seattle or Portland and be willing to work across both markets.
Territory
Seattle, WA and Portland, OR.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new accounts through outbound outreach, networking, and referral-based business generation.
- Carry out site visits and prepare service proposals covering fire life safety services such as extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms, fire pumps, and generators.
- Show prospective clients how FireCloud adds value and differentiates the company’s offering.
- Develop trusted relationships with property managers, facilities leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly sales goals and activity targets.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth service delivery.

A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets is important, along with strong consultative selling ability and relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also needed.
Success in this role requires initiative, strong personal accountability, and a collaborative approach. Experience in multifamily or the fire protection space is highly desirable. Familiarity with fire codes, NFPA standards, or life safety regulations would be an added advantage.
