Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Relationship Analyst to join our Whangārei office, playing an essential role in supporting rural customers to reach their objectives. This role goes beyond mere support; you will act as a trusted advisor to both Rural Managers and clients, assisting with lending processes, fostering business growth, and developing meaningful relationships within the rural community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Rural Managers with the complete lifecycle of lending applications and client services.
- Develop and maintain robust connections with farming clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and manage documentation, financial data, valuations, and lending prerequisites.
- Handle client inquiries, onboarding procedures, and service requests proficiently.
- Support compliance processes including AML, KYC, and client due diligence.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts, events, and branch operational activities.
- Promote Rabobank's digital banking tools and help clients utilize these offerings effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Rural Managers, Credit Analysts, and broader teams to achieve excellent results.
Candidate Profile
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in banking, finance, agriculture, customer service, or related sectors.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in relationship-building.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Adopt a collaborative mindset and maintain a strong dedication to excellent client service.
- Knowledge of rural industries and lending protocols is advantageous.
