Relations & Marketing Officer

Role Overview

The Relations and Marketing Officer (RMO) collaborates closely with the childcare centre Principal to engage parents and deliver exceptional customer service. The role extends support to marketing efforts as well as administrative tasks across Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate events to enhance parental involvement and engagement within the centre
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the centre’s brand and activities
• Support administrative duties, including compiling and managing records and preparing educational resources
• Oversee financial processes, ensuring accurate documentation of fees and reimbursement claims
• Provide classroom assistance to uphold child safety and well-being, aiding daily care routines

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Diploma or higher qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong organisational abilities
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
