Role Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care across a variety of rural clinical settings.
- Lead clinical interventions and manage patient care independently in settings requiring high autonomy.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive health outcomes.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with AHPRA guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Relevant clinical experience and skills within your specialty, such as Emergency, Mental Health, or Aged Care.

Compensation and Benefits
The total remuneration package can reach up to $124,741 annually, composed of:
- Hourly rates ranging from $42.98 to $55.13.
- Casual hourly rates between $53.73 and $68.92, including a 25% casual loading.
- Employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
- Leave loading entitlement at 17.5%.
