Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join our residential treatment team. This vital role involves delivering superior nursing care in detoxification and rehabilitation services. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical officers, and therapists to facilitate patients' recovery.

• Administer medication, treatments, and perform clinical procedures
• Conduct patient evaluations, screenings, and manage admissions
• Keep track of patient progress and maintain detailed clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary professionals including psychiatrists, therapists, and physicians
• Oversee detox admissions, including diagnostic testing and medication stock monitoring
• Implement infection control measures, safety protocols, and prepare for emergencies
• Encourage patient involvement and deliver health education
• Interface with hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare providers

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc in Nursing or GNM certification
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably including psychiatric nursing
• Proficient in English communication (mandatory)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong empathy
• Basic computer literacy
• Genuine interest in mental health, addiction treatment, and rehabilitation
